Flaberry.com — Product not delivered

Hi team,

I placed an order on Feb 7th 2017.
And the order number is[protected].the customer care not answering my calls neither reply to my mails .If they can't deliver the products .Why the hell they receive the order .
Which supposed to be delivered at 4pm.
But I did not get any delivery .The customer service number is invalid and the online chat is not genuine.

Please screw the flaberry founder .

Worst customer care and worst company .Please refund my money.
