I ordered a chocolate bouquet which was delivered in a very bad condition totally opp to what it was shown in their site..after complaining to them several times they lately agreed to return 200credit points for my further flaberry purchase to which i complaint again many times asking to refund that amount as i wont be doing any purchase ever in my life from them but their people never responded till date..
