It was valentines day and they charged extra amount for a basket of flowers to be delivered. To start off, they kept on moving the delivery time from 6pm to 8pm later to 10 pm. But they did not deliver it on that day. On next day they called the recipient to deliver the same. As it was the office address the recipient was not available next day. Anyways I mailed them to cancel the delivery yet they did not respond. Now they deliver it two days after the actual date of delivery. I have been trying to get in touch with them but in vain. The only reply they me was a mail stating that it was delivered and nothing else. The customer service is pathetic.They are simply trying to wiggle out money for a special occasion and not even delivering it on that occasion.
