Flipcard — Delivered damaged/not working Data Card & when I am calling costumer care they are not ready to return the product. | |||||
My Name Arjun Kumar My Mobile No.[protected] I have purchased a Data Card & the Data Card has delivered me damaged/Not working then very next day I have called to Flipkart costumer care & they have told me that my boy will contact me within 2 to 3 days but they have daily morning time sms me that my boy will contact you today please make ready the product for return & in evening they sms me daily that sorry we will take next attempt for your product take return next time. This sms has come to me near about 1 week but not came any boy to take return & after this episode I have also gone to out of station, after 1 month when I have come to my home I have asked to my family members that the Data Card has taken returned or not then my family members are reply me not then I have call back to Flipkart customer care then they are replying me that they have cancelled my request & they will not take return the damaged/not working data card because we have not called them repeatedly/continuously.
