12th September 2018 12:00PM Flipkart Poco F1 Flash Sale Starts And I Waited For This Sale From 10 Days N Time Of Sale With Many Tries My Product Come In My Cart And I Pay Flipkart Entire Amount Who Is Rs 24388 Phone Value Plus Interest Rate Because I Order This Phone Through My ICICI Credit Card EMI, After This I Received My Bank Msg They Said My Amount Deducted To My Bank Account They Clearly Mention Amount Value And Flipkart Name Who Received My Payment But Flipkart Not Msg Or Mail Me Regarding This Order. Flipkart Only Send Me My Transition I'd. After This I Check My Flipkart Application But In My Order List My Phone Not Shown Then I Decide To Talk With Flipkart Costumer Care. My Many Calls Go To Flipkart At 12 September Everytime They Said Please Wait Only 8 Hours And After This Time This Is Absolutely Clear That Your Order Is Confirmed Or You Received Your Amount Back To Your Bank Account. They Accept They Received My Amount Rs 24388 I Have Call Recording Of This Telephonic Conversation But After 8 Hour Flipkart Not Single Reply Me For This Problem After This I Call Again Costumer Care Of Flipkart They Said Sorry Again Please Wait Till 14th September They Assured Me To Confirm My Mobile Order Or Back My Payment I Said Him I Don't Want My Rs 24388 Because I Am Very Excited For This Phone And Wait Before 10 Days Of Flash Sale And I Quit My All Work For This Sale And Ready 11:30 AM Because I Want This Phone And That's Why I Want Only And Only My Phone Poco F1 Black Color 128GB Not My Money Back. In This Conversation Flipkart Said They Not Received My Payment They Said My Payment Stuck In Gateway This Is Like ### How This Is Possible Some Amount Struck In Gateway For 2 Days This Is Commen Sense If Any Payment Struck In Gateway That Time After A Minute Or Two That Amount Automatically Back To My Account Either That Amount Go In Flipkart Account, I Want To Say 1st Three Calls They Said They Received My Payment And Ensure Me My Amount In Safe Hands And My Order Confirmed Very Shortly. In That Time When I Complaint Against My Problem That Smartphone Available And Clearly Show In Stock But They Not Action Against This Complaint Immediately And Told Me To Wait 8 Hours. After 8 Hours I Call Flipkart Costumer Care Again And Talk With Supervisor Before This Talk I Talk With Many Of Supervisor Everyone When I Called Flipkart. After 8 Hour Supervisor Said Me Wait Again Till 14 September And After This They Answered Me About My Order Confirmed Or My Money Return. Till This Time Flipkart Only Send Me One Mail And Said Wait Wait Wait. This Is Very Shameful For Big Brand Like Flipkart, In Flipkart Eyes There Costumer Value Not Matter They Harresing Me Everytime They Torture Me, I File Complaint Against Flipkart I Want They Confirm My Poco F1 Smartphone Order Not Return My Money If They Fail To Confirm My Order I Want My My Amount Interest And Then I Surely Go To Consumer Court And File A Case Against Flipkart, I Have All Call Recordings And My Bank Statement And Bank Message Where Clearly Mentioned My Amount Go In Flipkart Account. After 14 September Flipkart GlSend Me Msg And Call N Told Me To Wait 17th September And Said In This Period Ur Refund Come To Your Bank Account And Today Date 17th And In Morning Again They Send Me Msg And Give Again New Date To Me Date 18th 12:00 PM And Told Wait Again, How This Is Very Irresponsible Behavior Of India Biggest Online Shop Like Flipkart, Very Frustrating, I Want Concession And Action Against Flipkart And Also Want Interest Rate Of My Payment 24388 Indian Rupees

Zero Costumer Satisfaction, No Value For Costumer Only Want Orders
I was buying a laptop from flipkart which is on sale price 69990 but i was unable to buy through my debit because my debit limit is 50000 per day but i didn't know about that when i used my sbi debit card then the amount of 50000 is deducted from my account but no order place when i call flipkart customer care they asked me to wait for 8 days and today is 27 feb i didn't get my money back and didn't found a single message from flipkart about that money please contact atlaeast once on
