[Resolved]  Flipkart — Cheating and defrauding Rupees 46,000

I had written a complaint against Flipkart for cheating me by delivering an used laptop for Rs. 46, 000 Order: OD[protected] Bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from Flipkart for 46, 000 rupees in June. They haven't resolved the problem yet. Unlike Amazon and Snapdeal, Flipkart cheats their customers. After cheating, they don't know how to resolve the issue. They don't know how to retain their customers. I find no traces of customer care in Flipkart. Flipkart said they will come and collect the laptop and make a refund with 8 days. What the hell is happening? They haven't turned up for the last 3 months. This will be the last complaint writing. Next I'm taking this issue to the court.
