Flipkart — Defective mobile / no help for replacement even within 20 days of purchase | |||
Order no. OD[protected], Complaint no. [protected], Ordered Nokia Lumia 520 and facing the problem within 15 days. Its getting switched off automatically. Logged a complaint in the flipkart customer care but getting no help. The customer care executives (especially technically team) is acting rude and saying its not their problem . Told me to troubleshoot which I did still nothing is working out and they are not hearing anything. Everytime I call they ask me to call tomorrow. The product is under replacement period ( i.e 30 days) still no help. I am planning to file case against them in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
