[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective TV - non-refund of money

I have bought a Micromax television from Flipkart for Rs. 23990. The product reached me on 29th April 2015. After viewing the TV, I found the picture quality was poor and I booked a complaint. A technician came after a couple of days and informed me that there is some problem with the software and he will come back and rectify the problem on the next day. But the person had not returned and hence I called the customer care again. After a couple of days another technician visited and informed that he will replace the set. But after he left, I received a mail stating that my return request is initiated. I called back the customer care. The person informed me that since there is no stock to replace, they have initiated the return request. He also informed that my money will be refunded soon so that I can buy another TV of my choice. Later, we were informed that they will arrange for a pickup and refund of money. But in spite of several mails, calls, etc the product was not picked up and the money was not refunded yet.
