Hi Team I brought a mobile Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro from Flipkart, the order id is OD[protected] the delivered mobile have an issue with mic and while calling the receiving person not able to hear the voice properly and i given the same as complaint but the technician who visited the home does not even listen to us what is the problem and he told that everything looks fine and he not even answer our question and left the house now we are not able to reach any customer care via email or call to give this as complaint i am wondering why Flipkart doing such a service the mobile mic is not working properly then why the technician not even listen to us i need you help to resolve the issue If the issue is not resolved then I failed the complained because if the mobile is handover to the service center then the can easily find that the mic is the problem and its know to every one that Flipkart cheating the customer Was this information helpful? | |
