Flipkart — Flipkart and Snapdeal selling products on their websites by displaying wrong specs | |||
i bought a Samsung (4k hu 7000) 55 inch led from flipkart on 11/12/2014 for (RS 145550).Specs on Flipkart and Snapdeal during december showed that Samsung 4k hu 7000 led has total 4 hdmi ports and one of these port is version 2.0 which is capable of displaying 4k content at 60 hz which is not the case. I came to know that Samsung( 4k hu 7000) 55 inch led does not have Hdmi 2.0 port during the month of april 2015 and has been complaining since to flipkart and samsung both. Flipkart in the beginning said i should contact samsung regarding this issue. on contacting samsung they said that flipkart and all the other e commerce websites are not our authorised dealers hence we are not liable for any misguiding of specs on these websites.When i told flipkart about what samsung is saying they told me that we will look into this matter give us some time. Now 4 to 5 days have been past and i have been regularly complaining about this to flipkart with no result. Daily they give me false assurance that they are looking into this matter and will find out some solution to this issue. Snapdeal till date is selling this led by displaying specs that it has Hdmi 2.0 port. So i request you if you can to please look into this matter.
