[Resolved] Flipkart — Fraud in product delivery(delivered spare book in place of mobile phone) | |||||
I ordered Samsung Galaxy On5 in "BIG BILLION SALE". But recieved a spare book in place of mobile. And when I called customer care they dint take complaint instead raised return request even without raising a complaint. I called for continuous 3 days customer executives are avoiding this case by saying "MADAM KABHI KABHI ESA HO JATA HAI" by this statement we can imagine that its very normal case to deliver spare especially in case of "PREPAID" . Verified Support Nov 13, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that the issue has been resolved as he had received the refund. So closing the case. | |||||
