[Resolved] Flipkart — Frequent change in delivery date without prior notice | |||
I had ordered 'pureit advanced ro' from flipkart which costed me around rs. 6900 for which the payment was done through credit card. The delivery date was 6th june'2020. Delivery person called me on the same date and enquired about the address but didn't show up till evening. There was no direct point of contact given and indirect no. Given is always unreachable. I received a message of reschedule date which was 8th june. Today also the same thing happened to me. I have raised so many complaints to flipkart and the solution i received is to wait for few more days. Had it been a postpaid order, i wouldn't have to wait for such a long time. That i am sure of. Please help in resolving the issue. There should be a transperancy to the consumer. They can't just keep rescheduling the delivery according to their own convenience.
