Flipkart — Harassment 4 times in buying in product, Three times Rs. 7200 paid, i.e. total Rs.22000/-(approx) | |||
I tried to order micromax mobile unite a 106 with 8 gb ram along with 16 gb Card . Three times this order was cancelled and everytime i paid money by Netbanking. Now after paying more than rs.22000/-, i have been told that This product is out of stock hence your order has been cancelled 1. After first cancellation i was told that it has been cancelled due to my Mistake. 2. After second time i was told that due to some problem it has been Cancelled. 3. After third time i was told that this product is out of stock hence it Is being cancelled and even my login account is blocked. 4. I palced the order by cod from another account. Now... 1. If this product was out of stock, why it was being shown available on Website.( a scam, may be) 2. If it was not available why it was not told to me two times.( a scam, Must be) 3. If my account was inactive why i was able to login again and again .( Again it seems a scam). 4. Now i have placed the order with another id and phone no. And i was Advised by customer care man to buy another phone.( a scam) 5. After i ordered cod i have to pay rs.50/- extra. 6. My money of 22000/- rs. Is blocked ...( a scan, i strongly feel) The story doesn't end here... The order for fourth time has also been cancelled although it was placed through sales team telephonicaly . When i contacted again i my call trasfered 3 times and i was told that i ordered it from a wrong seller where this product was not available. When i explained that it was available at that time as well when i was talking ; and there is as such no option for choosing a seller, my phone was disconnected deliberately... I wish to inform you that everytime "pay now" option was available, money was transfered and immidiately order was cancelled. After getting agaitated when i called again the customer care person ( some urdu named) accepted the flipkart's mistake and promised to resolve the issue. I wasted 5 hrs. Today in this process, lost money for 8-10 days and no proper response from flipkart and in fact being blamed again and again. How flipkart is addressing this issue? How are they going to compensate me for pain and agony? What if i need rs.21000/- immidiately? What about the loss of interset that would have generated from this money? Last but not the least, should i take legal answer? Answer is know because flipkart knows that ultimately customer would suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||
