Flipkart — i have not yet receievd my order even after 30 days

i have placed an order for lenovo A7000 on 13th may 2015 but still i have not received my product. Bluedart expected delivery date is 22nd May 2015and today is 11th june 2015. Both bluedart and flipkart are not aware of the product. is flipkart trying to make fool of the customer by blocking customer money for more than one month and enjoy interest of the amount, because 1month they delay the product and 10 to 15 they take to refund the amount to the customer.
