Flipkart — IMEI does not match with your phone

Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.below my imei and error which occurred.

Updated by yashvantkj I haven't made any order yet but I want to buy oppo a33 and I want to exchange my motorola Moto g9 phone which I purchased from flipkart in fabruary 2021 order I'd of that phone is OD[protected] imei number of that phone is [protected] or [protected] when I entered all details like pincode 382010 then brand motorola, then model moto g9 and imei then it show massage that IMEI does not match with motorola Moto g9 which screen shot I share earlier I also conform my imei with motorola and they said that imei is working And my phone is under warranty so there no issues from there side so take necessary action on this if you want any future details about this contact me on [protected]@gmail.com
