[Resolved]  Flipkart — Irresponsible FLIPKART Management

It’s been really a frustrating situation and shame to tell that FLIPKART is doing such mistakes AGAIN AND AGAIN and making customers life miserable. Initial Order which I have placed on NOV 17 for Racold Pronto 6 L Instant Water Geyser (OD[protected], instead of delivering the product that I have ordered, FLIPKART Seller has delivered different product which is Racold Pronto neo. I have requested for REPLACEMENT /refund. Instead of solving the issue, one of the FLIPKART escalation team executive ANKUR MANI Kalitha has misbehaved with me. I have raised a complaint for this and nothing has been done about his misbehave. I have raised a request for refund but I do not have any news and it is really taking long time for Flipkart to refund. A person by name PRAVEEN was following it up but no news till now. Second time I have placed the order for the same item which is Racold Pronto 6L-3KW on NOV 22nd 2015 for Cash on Delivery (OD[protected]. But again they have sent me the incorrect product which is Racold Pronto Neo. At the end what I would like to say is, any ways FLIPKART is not fulfilling the customer requirement, instead they just argue without any resolution and what I think is, it’s absolutely waste of time dealing with the flipkart. FLIPKART is least bothered about the customer concerns. I have ordered the Water geyser because o[censored]navailability at home, and there are aged people @ home who are 90+ and 3 older aged about 87, 70 & 65 respectively. I have been wasting my time with flipkart from past 15 days with out any resolution's. They really don't bother about customers time. Any ways these things FLIPKART cannot understand and they know only business and irresponsible way of behaving with the customers and not solving the issue. Finally I would like to say, they are behaving irresponsibly with the customers and not solving the queries and concerns timely and just WASTING THE TIME. I have been talking to the FLIPKART executives but none of them are ready to agree to solve the problem apart from eating my time. Consecutively THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME MISTAKE WITH THE SAME CUSTOMER BY DELIVERING THE WRONG PRODUCT WITH THE 2 CONSECUTIVE ORDERS. I Would really request you to forward or send to the team or person who can help in this case to solve the problem and ensure such mistakes doesn’t happened with any customer in the future. Third time also flipkart mishandled...they absolutely irresponsible and not ready to support and just wasting customer time and doing fraud.
