Flipkart — Laptop without harddisk

I purchased TOSHIBA Satellite C50-A X0011 laptop through flip kart. My order ID is OD[protected]. But it was found without hard disk. I requested for return back the new one. And my return requested order is Return ID: 7584239. They told me that you will receive new one on 19th September. On the 19th September they told me that our technical consultant will talk with you before 22nd September. But they do not reply yet, I paid Rs, 37, 013. please help me...
