Flipkart — Material not delivered at my address

I booked one online order no. [protected], & but still not received the order.
The mailing address is alpex export pvt. ltd. vill. barson (saini majra) h. p. pin - 174101. while booking the order computer accepted the address, but now blue dart courier calling us to take the order at their office which is 40km away from us. i just want to know why they are calling us & not delivering the order at given address as already accepted by flipkart.
