Verified Support Jul 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer to inform that refund is processed and will be credited within 5 business days. Hence closing the case.
Verified Support Jul 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer he told the phone is getting only the nokia logo but its not getting switch on and hes not able to use the phone, informed customer to visit the service center and the product is crossed the policy hence closing the case.
