Flipkart — Not providing refund or replacement | |||||
Purchased an hp laptop and found that network adapter is not working properly and raised complaint. They said by monday 25 july there will be technician visit. Then again they said it will be done by wednesday 27.07.2016 and again by friday 29.07.2016. Their escalation team member says on call that if there is no visit by wednesday then as policy we will give you refund or replacement and when called on thursday... This time escalation team manager says it can't happen. Then he gives me another option to wait for one more day till friday and if visit doesn't happen the person then it is your call. I asked what is meaning does it mean if i ask for refund or replacement you will provide he says no... Then call gets transferred to higher manager and again same thing wait till tomorrow and if doesn't happen visit then we will escalate but not provide refund or replacement. Now i am sure that i am not going to get money at all. This is first and last product i am buying and will tell to all my relatives and colleagues and social media what kind of service flipkart provide and never purchase anything from them.
