[Resolved] Flipkart — Not received 1000 /- gift voucher which was promised in the time of purchase

Purchased a Whirlpool Stainwash Ultra 65H 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine on 23/12/2015 from Flipkart (order no. OD[protected] where "Flipkart GV worth Rs.1000 on this product" was mentioned as an offer. But till date not get this voucher. Whenever called to customer care executive inform within 24 h I should receive it. 30/12/2015 raised a complain (IN[protected] which suppose to solved within 2/1/1016 at 10 p.m. but all in vain. Now, not sure they will provide the gift voucher or not. Thanks Arijit

Flipkart Customer Care's response Informed the customer about the time line for the EGV offer that is 1st to 5 th feb as per the internal update, cx agreed , informed closing the case.

But here mentioned 1 st to 5 Feb. It is really confusing. As per the email it should be within 15th Jan 2016. But Still not received. Current time is 11:36 p.m. So hopefully will get it within another 24 minutes.

Updated by arijitarijitdey received an email from flipkart on 4th Dec 15 and as per email I suppose to get the coupon within 15th Jan 2016. But not yet get it. Hope fully within another 19 min will get it.

15th January 2016 is over but not get the voucher.
Again flipkart not able to keep their word.
