Flipkart Online Shopping — D link tablet touch not working properly, headphones not working | |||||
Hi sir, I have purchased d link tablet on 10th may'16, its not working peroperly touch issue, while playing games its hanging & automatically restart, volume very low & and haed phones not working. Ii raisd replacement request on 11th may, i called to flipkart customer care 5+ times & sent email 5+ times. Every day they given false promise wait 3 days our customer care people will be coming to your house for repair still no one is called. Please help me in this regard. As per flipkart replacement terms within 10 days replace or refund. How can i replace or refund?
