Flipkart Online Shopping — D link tablet touch not working properly, headphones not working | |||||
Hi sir, I have purchased d link tablet on 10th may'16, its not working peroperly touch issue, while playing games its hanging & automatically restart, volume very low & and haed phones not working. Ii raisd replacement request on 11th may, i called to flipkart customer care 5+ times & sent email 5+ times. Every day they given false promise wait 3 days our customer care people will be coming to your house for repair still no one is called. Please help me in this regard. As per flipkart replacement terms within 10 days replace or refund. How can i replace or refund? After a more than a weeks time Finally One Technical Person Came to my home for checking tab, he confirmed tab is not working properly, Speaker not working properly & Head phone not working. Then Flipkart has to decide whether Flipkart providing good service to customers or not? from last 9 days alternate day I called for replacement for TAB. Now Flipkart Technical Person agreed not working properly.
Please don't give false promises to customers. yesterday one of your senior manager level person suggested to go to D link Service Center. Flipkart selling New Items or used items?. Why should I go to service center if it is falls with in the replacement period. I raised complaint on 11th May 2016, it should be closed by 14th May'16Evening. Still problem not resolved. today is 19th May 16. I am not happy with flipkart customer service.
Please collect the Tab & refund my money in original payment method.
