[Resolved] Flipkart — Order cancelling without even informing customer | |||||
I ordered Product from Flipkart. It is very shameful that you cancelled my order without even consulting me and initiated refund. And on raising complain for that your person is telling me that your Fast Track team will be calling me in next 24 Hours. And see the Flipkart crooks you people are that you guys have closed my complain without even contacting me. And when I am calling you back for the status your person are telling rudely that I have to reorder the product thats all. As if some type of game is going on where in I have to place order and you guys will cancel that. Such is the worst, services Flipkart has to offer. I will never order again anything from Flipkart and will make sure that my friends and colleagues will not order the same.
