[Resolved]  Flipkart — Ordered Goods cancelled before shipment

Hi Order No.: OD[protected] Worst Experience ever expected from Flipkart. The product got processed until packing, but before the shipment of the product I got a message saying that your “Shipment is returned”. I did not cancel my order or I did not ask them to cancel my order. But without my interference they have returned my product before the shipment. The authorized company sent a mail to my mail id, saying that “We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the Order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items.” In the website, before we order for any product they ask us about the postal code verification to check whether they can deliver the goods to the respective address or not. After this address check is completed, then they will take the order to deliver the goods. This check was also completed, when I was ordered the goods. I really don’t know the reason, why they have cancelled my order and if they don’t want to deliver the product to the customers, why did they give the offers to attract the customer. Just because they want to increase the site hits and they want more visits to their sites. Its just a cyber crime and I want action to be taken against this kind of fraud sites. Tried calling customer to inform due to price error the shipment was cancelled but no response form customer hence mail sent and closing the case.

I got a call but I don't know the reason why the order has been cancelled. After the product has been packed and before the shipment of the product, without my interference how can you cancel the order.

As you said there might be a technical error once but twice in a same day how could the same error repeats, and that too for the specific products only the price was decreased. How can it be possible?
