Flipkart — Philips Oneil Cruz On-the-ear Headphones | |||
I've purchased a Philips (Oneil Cruz On-the-ear Headphones) from flipkart.com, where the product was working in a good condition for the first 5-6 months. Unfortunately there were some problem with the headphone and it stopped working. Being an electronic product, it can. When I contacted the Philips customer service centre, they stated "we have only 6 months guarantee for this product", where flipkart mentioned that its a 1 Year warranty product. Then I contacted flipkart customer service where they raised a complaint on the 7th month and assured me that within some days it would be resolved. It has been a month and a half, till date I haven't received any updates from FLIPKART. When I spoke to the customer care 10-11 times, they were taking the same complaint again and again. (Lack of experience/service). Thats not the end, I had a talk with the supervisor of flipkart, and she assured me the same service within a time span of 5-8 days. Again its been 15 days I didn't receive any kind o[censored]pdates from FLIPKART. Again the same false commitment by Flipkart. Mr. Sachin and Binny Bansal (If you continue this kind of service, I don't think your business can run for a longer tenure) E-commerce shoppers, I wont recommend you to go for any shopping from flipkart (Rather get your deals done from JABONG/YEPME), atleast they provide a very good customer service experience.
