Flipkart — Poor servicing | |||||
Item (Leeco mobile phone worth rs.9999, including a back cover, track id-fmpp[protected]) has returned saying that it is out of delivery area. There is no direct delivery to my place. So i wrote my original address and put the pin code of my nearby area where service is present. Last time when i have purchase on flipkart (Hp laptop worth rs.58760, including a mouse and keyboard), i did the same. But at that time the service people showed the courtesy to call me ask whether i would be able to reach there and collect the same, otherwise the item will return. So i went there and collected it. Thats why i did the same this time also. But this time they didnt call me and they have returned it.. Very poor servicing.. I have already paid the price of the item..
