Flipkart — Product is not delivered | |||||
This is for flipkart. This is to put into your kind notice that the services that you offer to your customers is really pathetic. My order number is :- OD[protected]. I placed this order on 15th November'2015 to purchase a SAMSUNG 32FH40003 81cm (32) LED TV, which were costing me INR 19, 990 at that time. Once the order was placed, I was informed that the item would be delivered by 22nd November'2015. After that no intimation was given to me regarding the whereabouts of the package. I being a pious customer gave a call at the customer care center on 22nd to have the information about the product delivery time and that was the moment I got know that it has got delayed and that issue will solve by 27th. Then i called courier Service, and they have responded Rudely that the item can not be delivered to the door step. So i have to travel another 25 km to get the package all by myself even after paying the huge amount and got the promise that it will be delivered to the door step. And today all of sudden, i got an update that the package is delivered on 24th Nov 2015. The package not at all came to my place. When i call the customer care, they responded like it will be solved by 30th NOV 2015. I think this is really Bad service i got from Flipkart. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. even i faced issue like this and in mycase my order was cancelled by flipkart forcefully...pathetic service
