[Resolved] Flipkart — Regard to headset | |||
Hi, This is Shivakumar from Bangalore recently I have ordered for Samsung HS330 Wired Gaming Headset through Flipkart. I have ordered for white colour one but i have received black coloured headset after long time. In mail copy i have received and on the item packaged cover also mentioned as white colour, but surprised to see inside black coloured headset. I have noticed about this, later on they agreed to exchange it. But, it is not fair service. I am very much disappointed about this. This is what the prestigious company treat the customers who believed in it. The exchanging the item is not a solution for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
