[Resolved]  Flipkart — Regarding payment refund

Order ID: OD[protected] Item: Philips 3320/15 4-in-1 Multigrooming kit Return ID:[protected]init) i returned item then flipkart customer care team told me that send us on mention below address due to they can't collect shipment WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd., Warehouse Address: NO. 42/1 & 43, KACHERAKANAHALLI VILLAGE, JADIGENAHALLI HOBLI, HOSKOTE TALUK, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 560067 i send shipment using india post tracking id CE[protected]IN and shipment refused by flipkart warehouse, when i called to flipkart team told me that they didn't received any shipment india post is lying they didn't deliver when i called india post then Mr Kishor Kumar [protected](KADUGODI POST OFFICE)(Right now shipment with him) he told me that he send guy but they denied, do one thing told to flipkart that come with you seal and collect it from us, but when i called up to flipkart they told me that told to india post to repost again, then india post Mr Kishor Kumar repost again next day but even they denied again. WTF if you don't want to take shipment why are you send address to me. and i request to Mr Kishor Kumar that please hold shipment one more day with you. I would like to request you flipkart team that kindly don't make such kind of issues and request you to please take shipment from post office and return the money or you can also debit your convenient charge from your warehouse to post office as its just 4-5 Kms away from yours. Please take the shipment and return the money. pleasssssssseeeeeee

Spoke to customer and he needs the shipment to be accepted form our end and however customer had shipped the shipment to our wear house.Below are the shipment details.

Issue still not resolved, i got mail from cs team of flipkart that they didn't received the shipment and kindly check with courier company but courier company told me that they already delivered to your whare house, and its shows on tracking id as well, kindly find snap of your cs team, and please do needfull and revert the amount in my bank account details please
