[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding refund my money | |||||
Sir, I regret to inform you that i purchased samsung on5 from flipkart shopping portal due to some serious issue like network connectivity, low volume, and light censer, notification light not available in phone whenever i am going to outside i am not able to use my cell phone due to light censer so i want to return my phone. Due to this reason i talked to flipkart customer care miss poonam dhar but she can not agree to return my product. And nor forward my call to senior. Verified Support Aug 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the complaint we have interacted with the customer but customer says he is not happy with the product hence he want to return hence it has been informed we will not be able take return of the product hence case stands closed.
