[Resolved] Flipkart — Request for cancellation for order no :- OD[protected] and no refund | |||
I have order LG washing machine on 16th and later as delay in delivery I request for cancellation of order on 17th. I sent tons of mails for the same, called everyday till today, They are not responding and they have not resolved the case. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 31, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer informed that he cancelled the order and got the refund after speaking to the senior, and he told he's charged with EMI charges from his bank which is charges to him and he will speak to bank to remove the charges . If the bank is not removing the charges he will come back to flipkart that flipkart has to pay, informed customer that if bank is charging any charges for which flipkart is not responsible and he told he will go to consumer court told him no comments for that. However apologized for the inconvenience caused and closing the case.
