Hello sir, Name : krishna chandarana Email id : krishna. [protected]@gmail.com Order id: od[protected] Return id:[protected] I have send request return for mobile-moto e4 plus. The main issue of mobile : Poor camera quality - worst camera both rear and front. Camera is not of good quality. The camera clarity is worst comparing too moto g3 and other moto mobile. There is a difficulties in camera Poor camera both front and back, even with flash, pics are hazy with poor quality and like motion blur picture, not showing actual color and bright picture. I try to take pics, i have to wait till its's software proceed it. If i move my hand picture goes hazy. My all pic with dark color contrast and showing like very poor and dark and video quality is also very bad & dark. That are not showing proper good and bright video with actual shoot. It has bad quality camera with low focusing no hd quality. My first smart phone is moto g3 is having less price and less processor and everything it is having better performance and better quality, sound and camera clearity superb. Poor sound quality-dolby atoms is only for name. It is not working properly in device. When people call me, sometimes people can't hear my voice. Poor flash range Display-no gorilla glass, display resolution is bad. When see shoot video not showing in proper with clear and actual color, show in dark light like night view. Camera and display are very bad. 1st time flipkart follow-up to me and also they guide for what to do. They say try the app of open camera for camera issue. I try to do. But not satisfying this app. Video and pic are come with dark color contrast, not show actual picture quality colour. Video is also bad. That time i understand display is also defect and problem. Request for return is being processed Fri, 21st jul 9:43 pm we are processing your request for return is showing.. First time when i requested for return but my return request is rejected. Again 2nd time i request against return. Flipkart is not responsing. They send message - {we appologise for not being able to get in touch with you. We will call you back} Flipkart is not give call response to me against my return complaint and only message to me like - {we appologise for not being able to get in touch with you. We will call you back} I'm waiting for the flipkart response for refund. I m not satisfy with the product. Please accept my return request and give my refund to me.
