[Resolved] Flipkart — Tablet IMEI Mismatch in the received invoice | |||||
Dear Sir, I received a iBall Slide Octa A41 tablet from Flipkart with Invoice date 25-Feb-2015. Here are the oder details, Order ID = OD[protected] Order Date :[protected] The tablet got switched off all of a sudden and I am unable to switch it on. When I send it to iBall Service center, they informed me that IMEI number in the invoice does not match with Tablet's IMEI number. So, I requested for a corrected Invoice (14-Aug-2015) and they sent another invoice which also was not matched with the IMEI in the tablet. I requested once more for the corrected Invoice attaching the Image of the Tablet's IMEI. After that I have made 15-20 calls and every time they respond saying your request will be serviced in next 4 business day. It is more than 3 months and I do not have received the invoice. Every call, they give very inconsistent answers, 1. We have already sent you the invoice. I will take one more request 2. Please send us the Snap of the Table IMEI number 3. Our team will revert back to you in 24 hrs on your mobile number and so on. Was this information helpful? | |||||
