[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst experience expected from flipkart | |||
I purchased a motorola phone moto g2 on 19-04-15 Order Id : OD[protected] the product is of Rs 12000 and within 3 months phone is giving problems : 1. battery is not working properly . within seconds it shows low battery and switch off even if it is fully charged. 2. front camera option is not showing. since 31st july phone is with service center they are not repairing the product saying motorola company not providing any parts and now they have stoped attending my calls. to add more flipkart is saying to wait we will get back to you in 4 days and like this 25 days have passed and issue is yet unresolved. wen customer buy the product flipkart promises warranty and all and now when product is not working properly they are only delaying and saying to wait and wait and making a fool of me since 25 days Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 24, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as she is saying that she wants to return the product as the product is with the service centre from the month of july and they are saying that they are not having parts for motorola for which ou have to wait so informed to customer that we would not be able to take back the product as per the policy post 30 days we would not be able to do anything you have to wait until the issue gets resolved in service centre.
