[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst flipkart service - delivered samsung 22F5100 / defective set | |||
I ordered TV on[protected] Samsung 55.88cm (22) Full HD LED TV (UA22F5100AR, 2 x HDMI, 2 x USB) but delivered on[protected]. The company delivered defective set. I am watching videos on occasionally. When I watching 1 or 2 hours, the video come and go and even sound was also not good. On[protected] the display was completely gone and switch on TV no power comes in TV. I refund request on[protected]. The company sent the message resolve completely on[protected], the no technician or call from the company. I had called several times to flipkart. The company’s one of the representatives says that your the query / problem resolved on Friday 07th July 2017. Kindly sent the technician and Kindly refund my amount of Rs 10800/- as soon as possible. Verified Support Jul 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that product is having video and sound issue. Hence we have arranged technician to check for the product. post that we will take action. customer agreed and closing the case from our end.
