I had made a return request regarding defective product (Below i pasted the complain copy) i got a call from [protected] and person asking my debit card details and saying that he will refund the amount with my debit card details to my bank account. He asked me for the whole details of my debit card with my card no. Cvv no. Expiry date of card and password. What is this.
Kindly provide any genuin solution

I have got 32 gb memory card but the product is defective also purchased 2 64 gb memory card that both product are " not as described" i want replacement or refund kindly do the needful
