Flora Sensation — Cake ordered and order was cancelled by the flora sensation and no refund initiated

I ordered a cake on[protected] of RS.507 but order was cancelled by the flora sensation and I got a mail from flora sensation that amount will be refunded within 10-15 days but still no refund is initiated in my account. Please refund my money in my account as soon as possible.
