[Resolved]  Floralgiftstoindia.com — Fraud by Floral Gifts to India, Kolkata

I would like to highlight the fraud on customers committed by the online gifts portal www.floralgiftstoindia.com.
I had paid Rs. 1225/= vide Order No. S9rDKj dt 12.12.13 for delivery of gift for marriage anniversary. The company www.floralgifts.com, based in Kolkata, neither delivered the said gift nor given the refund of payment made online, even after nearly 7 months.

I have complained on their customer care nos. ([protected]/ [protected]/[protected]) several times and even sent emails to: [protected]@floralgiftstoindia.com, [protected]@floralgiftstoindia.com and [protected]@gmail.com. However, inspite of several follow ups, they have not given me the refund. Their customer care manager Arindam Chowdhury (Cell. No. [protected]) has been saying that the refund is under process, whenever I call him, but the refund has not been done yet.

This online gifts portal www.floralgiftstoindia.com is cheating unsuspecting customers, making them pay online, and then neither delivers the ordered gift or refunds the money. Strict action should be taken against such companies who are committing fraud on the online customers.
