order/payment 1249/=on 27 july 16 for gift delivery in gangtok(sikkim) on 3 aug 16 .
web form filled after online chat. order no 57577483.
payment success was confirmed by them on 31 july mail.
on 3 aug call from kolkata from arindam choudhary-can not deliver in gangtok. asked to hold order for future, i asked refund, denied.
i rescheduled order on 18 sep16-, 5 reminders, 7 calls for delivery in delhi on 9 oct.
Failed 2nd time to deliver in delhi. I asked for refund-
mail came with promise to refund on 12 oct.
NO REFUND.
I called 15-20 times=
on 14 oct blunt refusal for refund, says to hold order for future and get gift deliverd,
otherwise forget the money.
