Fly Mantra — Payment completed but ticket not recieved booking id: fly04028938

Dear Sir,

 

      

           Iam book the ticket in SpiceJet through Fly mantra on 4th Feb 2014 for Goa to Chennai, But still now

my ticket Pnr is not confirmed, its in pending status only. Already i have sent the mail to flymantra and

Spice jet, from flymantra they asked the booking reference number, within in a hour i have send the reply

mail, but still now not response from them.and from Spice jet reply here none of the ticket booked in our

company from fly mantra.. I dont know what about my money.Please check it and ask them(flymantra) to

and inform the status please….

 

                     Herewith i had attached the ticket receipt details from Fly mantra.

 

Please help me

NOTE:In Fly ticket Status is showing pending, but in fly mantra booking status amount was refunded.But

still now I didn’t get refund amount from flymantra .Please Sir do it needful .
