Hi, this is winnie sangtam, i had ordered samsung on7, but da order never reached me after waiting for 2weeks, customer care promises me a lot of things, including the managers, however since i was so irritated, one clever manager told me to cancelled my order, i had provided all da required documents for cancelling my product on june9 2016, again customer care including managers n floor managers promised me i will get back my money in 21 working days,... But i didn't get my money.. Today is 20th july.. Still my money is not in my account.. I will give a police complaint n write an article on toi (Mumbai)... I always email but i get no response... This is my last warning to this stupid company...
