Dear sir I had booked a phone on 14th Feb. 2016 they send me a parcel on 19 Feb. 2016 they took 1500 money from me, they cancelled my order on 27feb 2016. now they are saying they will provide my refund but from last two month I am calling them but still my refund is pending. my order no is 1402FMT2552. sir please tell me what to do in this case. they are not even replying me on my mail id.
