Food Panda — order canceled by foodpanda and did not received the money or any confirmation or msg

This is the first time i have order on food panda. The first order has been cancelled by restaurant after doing the payment and when i tried it again, i order briyani i got the confirmation i did online payment which has been confirmed as well but after few minutes when i checked my order it is showing that payment is not confirm yet and my order has been canceled again and i haven't received any msg or refunding amount. Such a pathetic service and i need my money back.

Worst ever experience as i tried using foodpanda to order my food and since last 1hr i am waiting and still now my order has not been confirmed but the second i order they deducted money, .my order number is n7bqv2xp...
Is it the best customer service they talk about.

What is the status of my order?.In App it's showing Delivered one hour before
but still i haven't received any food.
What is fake site you are running, where my money, where my food???????????

I have ordered my food at 7.32pm this evening[protected] now it's 9.00pm still live status saying that chef is at work, what kind of restrarunt takes this much time for one order, still I didn't receive my order.

I'm a new Food Panda user and I am not being able to use any coupons. A message stating, "Sorry, you do not have any coupon." is displayed every time I enter a code. This is very annoying. I tried Zomato and it worked fine for me. Please fix this issue or I'll have to uninstall this app as it is not being useful at all.
