Food Panda — refund amount for order no order id b1hd-fwf8

Dear team,

This mail is regarding the refund amount rs. 159.45 which i have not yet received. I had placed an order from one of my friend foodpanda app on 22nd dec'18, however i have received a text message that my order has been cancelled without informing me which was unprofessional from foodpanda.

The below is the text message for your ready reference.

Dear akshay, rs. 159.45, for foodpanda order id b1hd-fwf8, has been refunded to your account. If you have not received it kindly check with your bank.

Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund the amount in my account within 48hrs or else i have to escalate the matter to higher management and also will post these details at social media, so that people should come to know how unprofessional you people are.
