Food Panda — terrible supporting service for partner | |||
We are new korean food restaurant at hua hin in thailand. We have signed on partner ship with food panda hua hin but after signature on paper noone care for our problem that we have requested out our only five menu on food panda page for food panda customer but they published on our all of menus. The problem is that partner management and sale representative they are just ping-pong our issue to each other. Please who can help us let me know Walter kim Was this information helpful? | |||

FoodpandaPH charge me for 2 Cancelled order[protected] and they want me to pay for the food the we never receive. I just received bank statement showing those cancelled order was being charge. And now they are telling me that i need to oay for that even though they send me voucher for no delivery. That so ridiculous!!!

Partner team they would not working for me as we still can see wrong menu even any update for me so far. is it normal process for food panda ? Does management team who know of kind of this case or they just neglect partner after signed on paper.
