I have placed two orders one yesterday and one today. The first one although arrived till my house, was sent back because the driver was not willing to climb up the stairs. Today I placed another order but the order was not confirmed. The refund of neither of my orders has been made. I request you to please look into the problem and refund the amount at the earliest.
