[Resolved]  Football Monk — Football Jersey

I had ordered a customized jersey from their website on[protected]. I had made calls, requested and waited until[protected].
That's when they told me, they are out of stock and it may take upto another 2 weeks.
I asked them " why didnt you notify this to me earlier?"
That's when I asked them for a refund, for which they agreed asked for my UPI-ID on[protected].
It's been 7 days since then. Not picking up calls, not replying to emails.
All they have is a bot, which sends you "we'll contact you ASAP" after every email you send them.
Kindly don't purchase from them. It's not about the money but a love for the sport. I have seen people doing fraud through many mediums. But then this is extreme. People tend to buy these Jersey for their children who wish for these jersey's with their names on and of their favourite teams.
Kindly bring them down.
