We placed an order for two football jerseys on 9 feb 2024 and it's status is still showing processing. Infact even after raising complain they never addressed my issue. Their site doesn't generate any service request Id that you can quote and ask for further update.
We want our money back at the earliest. We also want you to take some action against that ecommerce site so
that they don't cheat customers . You...

Didnt arrive and later the guys told that the real madrid 2011 retro full sleeve jersey stock has finished. But money was alrdy paid in online. They didnt mention before the order was placed that thet had a stock issue. And...

I had placed an order for Manchester United away jersey 2020-21 at footballmonk.in for ₹799 on 23rd May expected to be delivered by 6-7days.
Today is 10th June and no update yet. Status of order is still processing and they do not provide reply to mails.
These thieves are scamming people and i am sure to drag them out to the courts and they are gonna pay heavily...

I had Ordered for Manchester United Away jersey 2020-21 from Football monk.in on 23rd May 2023. Prepaid order expected to be delivered within 6-7days. It has been 18days and no update yet. It still shows status as processing. No replies to mails has been provided
These guys are scamming people and no way to contact them. I will make sure to drag these scamsters to the court and pay heavily for it...

I ordered a jersey from Footballmonk.in which was 899Rs. but after a few hours I cancelled the order due to some reasons, when I mailed them about the cancellation, they asked for my UPI ID for refunding the amount, but it's been 5 days now and they're not replying to any of my mails nor have they refunded the amount....

It was clearly mentioned that the shorts would be delivered even if it was not shown on the pics.

I had placed an order almost 2 months back and there has been no update on the order. Even after numerous tries to contact them for refund through the number provided on their site or through email, none of them have been responded to and there's a bot which auto replies to all mails “we’ll get back to you ASAP” but nothing happens. Its not just about the money people saved for it but also for the people who love the sport it’s depressing....
