Force Motors — Complaint regarding the newly bought vehicle tempo traveller 12 seater

We bought a new tempo traveller from the showroom “Sayaji tempo” on 1st July, 2015
It’s newly launched 12 seater in the market.

But we are facing many problems while travelling in the vehicle. Some of them are listed below :

• Diesel & speed-o-meter is not working
• Steering is very hard
• Power Steering is not working
• Driver seat is not movable and not working
• Accelerator is very hard
• Left side door automatically opens while travelling & it becomes very risky
• Back door is very noisy & we can’t even lock it properly
• AC is not working properly and not even tightly fixed, it can drop off any time possible
• Water leakage from the AC
• Wiper is not working
• Seats are not comfortable
• Charger point is not working
• The mobility is not smooth
• The water of wiper is problematic
• Vehicle slightly bends towards left side while travelling
• The electronic services provided in the vehicle like small lamps, cigarette lighter, etc. are not working properly
• Handles are also not provided for grabbing by our hands
• Interior design is not upto the mark
• The mileage is also not as promised
• Fuse box cover is not there
• Jack is not working properly
• Parking lights also not working
• The vehicle vibrates very much while it should be smooth
• The doors are very hard
• Vehicle is not working smoothly as per the its new Vehicle


As the Vehicle is totally new, these problems should not be there. Payment is fully done, but we haven’t got the satisfied product. In short, the product is not worthy as per the amount paid.

We purchased the product for providing services of our contract business. But as it is defective piece, we are facing many monetary(daily) issue. Will you be responsible for it ? Are you going to bear our monetary(daily) loss ? We have bought the vehicle on loan, so we are facing daily monetary loss.

During delivery as well, the responsible person said that we have corrected all the issues and now it’s good to go.

Can you explain why all this mistrust and kind of harassment [Mentally & Physically] is there ?

We have raised our complaints many times to the SAYAJI TEMPO showroom but still no action has been taken. As a result, we have submitted the Vehicle to the showroom ourselves.

They invited us to buy this Vehicle & promised us to provide all the facilities & amenities. And after long chats with them, we decided to buy this Vehicle from their showroom. We were previously planning to buy TATA WINGER, but they made us buy this vehicle through false promises.

Now we request to you give new vehicle in perfect condition with all the settlements done or give our money back to us as soon as possible, or else we have to go the Consumer Court as a last step and all the costs (advocate, TA) of this also will be payable by you only !
